I will adjust the docking prices to 1000 credits / unit.
For future contracts, though, you may want to disclose that the 10% paid is not an advance payment, but really an extra administration fee that US charges, which is fine, but not really well explained in the contract wording.
Now that I know this, it is not an issue.
