noticed you have asterisk next to some factions. Not sure to understand the use. Either they are allies, neutral or enemies... not in between because of inRP past affiliation to one of the 2 groups imo, otherwise DEVs should resplit into 2 different factions.

Yeah the merge was a dev decision and a ID/IFF merge, The two groups are technically semi united and understandably have separate foreign policies. The LWB have different views then their Kusari counterpart and thus different relations, and past relations are different.

The meanings of the asterisks next to some factions are listed in a legend above all the relations, but below diplomacy, and it only dictates how the LWB see those certain factions.
