Some questions about Capitol ships

Me noob... have not been ingame yet. want some clarity on some stuff before I install this mod. (and get banned for flying the wrong beast).

What is a cap Whore?

Are only faction leaders allowed to fly Capitol Ships?

Why is this community so reactive to independent players?


I am a faction fan myself. I generally fly the ship that suits the RP of the faction but sure would like to experience some of the behemoths this mod avertises!

According to your rules, flying a capship only requires a license and the non abuse of the Capitols' purpose.

I agree that a pirate or bounty hunter with a capitol ship is crazy.. very unbalanced and all that.
