The stream starts and the director can be seen smoking a cigar and drinking rheinbeer out of a fancy glass. As the light reflects off the cigar smoke the director looks spectacular.

“G'day lads!
I'll try to be quick with explaining the situation but I don't promise anythin'. It has been a while since we heard from each other. How are things on your end?
We're doin' rather well for ourselves.

Despite all that, we would like to ask for your help. We've just recently initiated a new operation and we could use a hand... literally. We've captured a Bismark battleship and our engineers have figured out that we don't have enough experience with constructing such ships. We are pretty skilled In buildin' ships... But not battleships. We don't make those.
So long story short, our engineers have evaluated the situation and we think we need additional two hundred engineers and shipbuilders on Pacifica. We think that you can help with that. You as Corsairs surely have the required manpower and experience to help with such a project.

So if you agree to send 200 engineers and shipbuilders to Pacifica we would happily look through our ol' vessel and dust off one of our liners to come to pick y'all up.
The workers could freely return back home once the project is done or if you see it necessary. However, if you decide to help; such a great deed cannot go unrewarded. Name your price?
