Good day to you all,

As some of you maybe not aware, but I bring news at some interference in Cortez System after the war. You see I met a group of scientists coming from all the way the Omega systems, researching the lost ship by the name of Benethy, a Gallic ship to be precise.

Our communication was civilized and they don't have any intentions of being hostile towards our authority. Although other factions were eager to be put down in space, as of right now there was no one else in Cortez, despite the troubles. They only seek research for their own work as they wish to identify what technology does the Gallic Navy has during these darker times within the system. As of right now I don't know my orders about the situation if they're permitted to be investigating without any certain permission, however I didn't made a fuss about it and let it be, only offered is protection within the Liberty Law and to give notice that this organization as of right now are not hostile towards us and willing to cooperate.

The research will take days, weeks, even months until they depart. For now is just to inform most of our colleagues of the current investigation and to be aware of the command ship of our guests. The identity is also known by SCEC|CPW-Lusankya. That's the end of my report.
