It'd be best for you to just let them do their thing, since clearly they don't want to interact with you besides dog piles.
They happen to die a lot and Give blues as well, taking away the player list game especially K'Hara likes to play.
What people said here is true for sure - DTR just use what they have when they face you usually. But guess what - I will take that over posturing with waiting list and sitting put shenanigans any day. They log into the game and play it - if other factions did the same the server would be way more alive. I can guarantee you they have given out more blues than any faction since their inception.
When they farm pve zone they fight back - this is what you can expect
When they trade they interact and roleplay back
When they sit in Xi they will fight you, the reason why they drop lines is because their members die, a lot, give out blues and were criticised for not writing lines before so they do it preventively.
It's over, DTR is the way to go now, a way that gives easy effortless activity to themselves and people in their regions by logging and playing the game - I'd give anything to have them in more in places I'm trying to keep alive, they are what will keep the server afloat.
