A simple smile appeared on the woman's face. This time, it was truly sincere, eradiating positivity. Ruby let go of her glass filled with alcohol. Previously glass-holding hand slipped off the table landing on her upper right thigh gently before reaching into her frontal pocket.

'Thud'.

Hydra placed an elongated rectangular dark platinum box beside her crystal glass. 'Click' She opened with box with a single swift movement, revealing eight long cigarettes. They, themselves looked more prestigious than the average common-grade stick of toxins. The finest tobacco leaves were used as an outer shell for the dark tobacco itself. A thin golden ring was fitted around each of the cigarettes for visual purposes, creating a separation between their faded burgundy filters and the dim matured tobacco leaf casing.

The case itself was of rectangular shape, possessing very little detail besides two lines which created a rose gold cross. The small latch that would hold the box closed was also of the same material. It was in a near immaculate state, the box's latch showing the most wear-and-tear.

A quick yet unexpectedly sorrowful gasp escaped Hemlocke's newly met companion. A rather well-recognised 'clunk' sound appeared as Ruby opened her lighter's lid which was modeled after old-school models known as 'Zippos'. Once another click was heard, a vivid blue concentrated jet of fire released from the top of her handy tool.

Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Hydra's eyes lit up with joy once more as she released a small grey transparent cloud of smoke away from the man's face. Once more, the glass full of alcohol was in her grip. Was. The Ex-Guildmistress emptied it in a single fell swoop before drawing on the cigarette one more time.
