Greetings to the Fleet,

As many of you are no doubt aware, I have been undergoing medical treatment for minor injuries sustained during an ambush upon my Flagship, the LNS-Texas. I am pleased to announce that my stay in medical will be short as I will be cleared for active duty in the coming days. Also, I have been informed by Norfolk shipyard that the Texas is indeed salvageable. However, she will require extensive repairs before being fit for service.

Furthermore, I am beyond proud of my colleague Martin Kemp-Smith. He has long been my right hand, never wavering and always loyal. He took upon the post of Fleet Admiral under wartime procedures, due to my status as missing in action. While at this post he has performed exceptionally well, and I see no reason to slow his momentum. Therefore when I return to duty, I shall do so as your Admiral and second in command of the Fleet.
