As Cortana sat up from her chair, Iris noticed the phrostetic but decided not to say anything. The blade that was almost coming through the robe was, it seemed like Cortana wanted to take a stance.
Then a sudden change in Iris’s voice occurred.
”Look, I have no interest in going in your turf. As long as it does not affect me or my associates.”
While Cortana was about to go, Iris stood up and looked at her. ”Oh. And don’t forget those weapons.”
As she walked away, not quite sober, she smiled.
