He wasn't going to keep a debate going on about who ran the Enterprise. Doc had the right people in the right places and they all had his trust but still she was right. Ultimately, it was his final responsibility if push came to shove. He just hoped it would never get to that point. He was a doctor, a surgeon and he loved his work.

He nodded. "It does seem that we have a good business relationship, a relationship that I value. To this point, I have been lucky. MFE has been lucky. We have had few issues with our neighbors throughout Sirius and even Gallia and we try to keep it that way. Our biggest issue has been the Bretonian Crown and even that has quieted considerably."
He sighed. "I guess it is just my long memory not forgetting what they have done to us in the past."

"But, um, if we do have a problem with someone," he said with a soft smile, "I think you and your sisters will be contacted."
