No reason to mention other police factions here - LPI is one of a kind - would make sense only for them

I disagree, the only difference between the Police factions are the Houses they reside in.
As far as I'm concerned all police factions are identical

Exactly, even 4.3ker is too much for them, should be 3.6k limit

Even less, in my opinion. Make it 3,000.
Sure, it's less than the FL ID, but they have TLAGSNET and can enforce laws.
Navies should have police lines removed from their ID too, but that's not the topic of discussion.
