For Doc, this was an easy answer as he felt that so few people knew enough about medicine to be effective when the fighting throughout Sirius and Gallia were constant. He answered a question with a question.
"Why would this be a problem?" He was a bit confused at first but remembered the plight of the Chrysanthemums and how they felt women in Kusari were being shut out. He then nodded.
"The more people that understand basic life saving techniques or even combat medicine, the more people that would survive," he stated. "Many women have taken our training courses and can be found all over the sector. Even my ship commanders, several of which are female, have to know at least basic first aid."

He then looked at her puzzled. "You mean to tell me that you have no medical staff within the Chrysanthemums? If so, that is concerning when you consider some of the severe damage done to a human body by an exploding ship." He paused and finished. "I take it you have some people in mind?"
