Good day esteemed 46th High Command,

I am of the understanding that our CEO Tyrone Harrison recently had a conversation with your Fleet Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith.

Tyrone explained to me that he was making inroads to make arrangements for two of our recently purchased installations to be moved from Galileo to Bretonia, and the possibility of your forces being able to escort our tow ships as they pass through Liberty.
We are within final stages of our plans and we can provide you with detailed scans of the areas that we are to move the bases through. This will include Herules Heavy Lifter ships coordinating together to tow the installations through your territory.

While this happens we would ask if some of your operatives can be available to help with this process and escort our large convoy to the edge of Cortez.

We are only thinking of the safety of civilians and also the safety of our operatives if anything should go wrong during the journey.

Once we have established everything we need to do to complete this task we will be in touch to ask for your help. We have also established contact with Bretonia about details of the final movements through their territory also and hoepfully this will be coordinated after you leave our convoy in Cortez.

Please let me know if this could be possible, and we will be in touch as soon as we can to pre-arrange a time and a date for this to happen.

I do understand you are very busy with certain aspects of protecting Liberty at the moment and we will understand fully if we cannot have your assistance, but counter plans can be arranged around your Fleet if needed.
