Answer to official factions' issue is fresh blood...

Maybe actually being in Game and showing the Flag may help a lot.

There are a lot of Indies out there.

You're right but I've experienced firsthand how hard it is getting indies to join an official faction. You know I just might be a bad leader and don't know how to do it but I see a lot of Unioner indies in-game while I struggle to gather activity for the UN faction.

On the other hand, I agree with the idea. With Disco's current status and player base, it is everything but simple to gather in-game activity. And keep in mind that getting the OF status in the first place is no piece of cake either.
