The New Resistance rejects a militarist organization of the resistance and prefers an egalitarian structure that focuses on distributing tasks and responsibilities to whoever is willing and capable. A rigid and autocratic hierarchy divides people based on unnecessary performance competitions and cripples the feeling of camaraderie amongst activists. As all members of the New Resistance fight for the same goal, all should be considered equal. Some activists may hold more responsibilities due to their abilities. But authority is never granted due to rank, but due to the recognition that success arises from cooperation,

Leader of the resistance

The leader of the resistance serves as a beacon of inspiration and a model of courage. A good leader is not defined by power or influence, but by the capacity to inspire their comrades to muster bravery and stand for what is right. This leader is both a role model and a voice for the cause, never placing themselves above those they lead. Nonetheless, they are responsible for coordinating the movement's assignments, tasks, and operations.

When a movement within the Bundschuh grows and collects influence amongst the varied parties within, a popular vote is most often guaranteed to bring out one of the movement's prominent figures to lead the political party of the greater movement that is supposed to be part of the government.

Activists and Coordinators

They are the ones who give the movement its strength. As an activist, it is their job to represent the movement, enforce its goals, aid people and find other activists for the resistance. Activists come from many different areas of the galaxy and therefore have a wide repertoire of skills, all of which find their usefulness.

Some activists want to increase their commitment to the cause and therefore volunteer to act as coordinators. In this case, they are responsible for organizing smaller areas of activities as well as their own assignments.

Note: The few bombers we have will be designated as a squadron and available to all members.
