Miss Olson,

In light of your application and our commitment to expand and continue the Officer Candidacy of West Point, I'm pleased to advise that your application to the Liberty Navy Forty-sixth Fleet is hereby APPROVED. As a fresh graduate of West Point, you will begin your Naval career with us as a RECRUIT, this will give us time to see how you fit in with the Officers you'll be serving alongside; as well as give you an opportunity to see how the Fleet operates.

On successful completion of your tenure as a Recruit, you will receive promotion to the rank of ENSIGN, where you will be permitted to expand in to other sub-divisions of the Fleet. This will be expanded on and explained in detail during your briefing.

Please report to myself, Fleet Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith, at Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake Station in New York, at your earliest convenience to set you up and assign you to the officers who will assist you and give the High Command details of your patrols.
