We are well aware of the concerns of the LSF on this matter, much as we are aware of the Osiris being stolen, as you say, 'from right under your noses'. What we are also aware of however is that the technology stolen almost thirty years ago is severely outdated by now and of little to no use to us compared to Liberty's modern navy capabilities, as proven by the various upgrades required to the known Osiris-class vessel in the Liberty Navy, the Akhetaten, before and during her return to service. Even with the warship's upgrades, her performance is not vastly different from an Overlord-class with similar modernization. Modern vessels produced by the Navy have proven that Liberty does not need to rely on technology that is outdated almost three decades now.

I suggest the LSF redirects its efforts to more meaningful endeavors such as keeping an eye on the Order. If the Order truly are as nefarious as you seem to believe, then they will slip up sooner or later and you will be able to catch them in the act and provide the Government with ample proof. Regarding security concerns; as you should be well aware this treaty is merely a ceasefire, docking rights to any of Liberty's stations will not be given to any Order ships until we are convinced they are indeed not a threat, as they claim.

Add to the above the difficulties we've been having with the Core since the discovery of Omicron Nu and we find ourselves with a potential alternate pair of eyes and ears in the Omicrons, one I suggest you utilize instead of criticize, Director.

As for 'curtailing the Nomad threat', with all due respect to your predecessor, Liberty wasn't even aware of the Kepler Nomad situation until the Order's mention of it, unless you are implying the LSF held back vital information from the government, in which case I should remind you that the LSF serves the elected government which in turn serves the people of Liberty.

You are not autonomous.
