Wiliam Hawkins, I am Rosamunde Velasquez, the First Armada's recruitment officer. You are hereby accepted to the First Armada - and are assigned the rank of ensign. You are to report to our headquarters in Juneau Shipyard, Alaska. Our existing Crewmen that chieve the rank of ensign have access to a first time Officer bonus and a relocation package of 50,000,000 credits, but given that you have been serving for a long time and not promoted internally you may apply for only the relocation expenses part of the package.

Know that The First Armada puts great trust and responsibility into the hands of their officers, including Ensigns. You will have a chance to mold the Armada and our culture in a big way from the get go, my commanding officers have relayed that they expect great things from you. Welcome aboard.
