Log #002 - 18-06-829

Ship logs, entry #002, Captain Lewis of HMS Anfield speaking. Today we received a special transmission from the Main Fleet regarding two illegal installations. The owners of installations were notified days before to pay the fee required for installations, but they failed to do so. This was a fantastic opportunity to test out our new vessel. Battlegroup was formed and we set coordinates for the first installation.

We arrived to the first destination and started opening fire, bombarding the installation along with the rest of the battlegroup. It was located just next to the wreck of Southampton Shipyard.

The first installation was taken care of rather quickly, the base itself was severely decayed and seemed abandoned. After it's destruction, we've set course for the next target.

We were getting close, the second installation was hidden far behind planet Cambridge in the asteroid field, we managed to maneuver quite easily through it since Crecy-class is smaller in comparison to the London-Interdictor.

As soon as the rest of the battlegroup joined us, we started to siege the base, this one seemed it will last for days since it had it's shield up, we had no information of how well stocked was this base with the supplies.

The siege lasted for almost two days, I've lost the track of time while it lasted, this one sure put up a defense.

After a long siege, we've returned to New London and set a course for Scarborough Shipyard to resupply and to see if this intense sieging made any wear and tear damage to our ship.

I decided to pay a visit to Planet New London and enter the atmosphere, the view is quite astounding and I feel my crew enjoyed the view for a bit.

The Leeds system has quite a view, it hits me hard every time I remember what citizens of Leeds had to go through, but we'll make sure our defenses never get breached like that again.

Another rare sight of a London-Interdictor in space, a fellow member of Reserve fleet passed us. We've sent our greetings and moved towards Newcastle Jump Gate.

Shortly afterwards, at 2100 hours, we've arrived and docked at Scarborough Shipyard to resupply, service and most importantly for me and my crew to get a good night of sleep and empty our minds for a bit. Until next time, Captain Lewis signing off.
