I personally have met you before while patrolling Rheinland, recently in fact. However, though we have no outstanding issues with Junkers such as yourself, your facility is in a spot that is at risk of any crossfire that happens between us and any vessel we deem undesirable. Though that has never swayed a Junker before, Frankfurt is an important system to the LWB.

Because of your facilities whereabouts and its neutral nature, for the sake of your facility and the Alliance I'm going to ask for docking rights for all AFS| vessels. We also have use of the scrap metal around your facility, that your facility also collects I presume. We're not here to put hard working citizens of Rheinland out of business.

On the note of a totally different installation that public records say you possess, Lagerhaus is its name, it opens fires upon AFS vessels passing by Essen and what's left of Dortmund. All we care about on this facility is that its gunnery crew cease hostilities against our vessels.

If these two conditions, that being docking rights, and cease of hostilities can be met, we will be out of your way. As always you have 72 hours to respond.
