This is Umbral One of Task Force "Akhetaten".

Shortly before the Akhetaten has disappeared into the Ithaca anomaly, a strange vessel decided to decloak nearby. I rebooted my scanning systems twice to make sure they weren't failing due to the interference caused by the anomaly, and they weren't wrong. It was a ship with an IFF of Vagrants and it was stocked with alien equipment. Scanning results attached.

The perpetrator attempted to flee into the anomaly, but was dispatched by the LSF. Power Cell has been secured by me and transferred to "Kingston" of LSF.
