I went out to scout around Ontario and California, I just had arrive in California saw this bugg who belonged to the Bretonian intelligence service flying towards me. At first I thought he was about to take my head, but I was wrong he was either gathering intelligence or running from someone as he did not stop for a single moment and made it clear he wants to leave. I could not let that happen, engaged cruise speed started chasing him from California. He seems to have known all the jump holes and ways around them as he made way from California to Ontario, Colorado and from there with Wardens help by disrupting him , I caught him in Kepler. Made short work of it, he did not have any valuables on him just scrap. His name James Skirka.
