Herr Otto Schäffer, is welcomed in the inner circle of the Rheinland Hochadel and shall wear his name proudly as Otto von Schäffer. Furthermore the Kaiser has chosen to give you the seat of the local Governor of the Hamburg System, since you are the successor of Feldmarschall Franz von Bäke who chose to retire from Duty.
Herr Otto von Schäffer, you may call yourself now Erzherzog zu Hamburg! Wear the crest of Hamburg proudly, my lord!

With this announcement the Council revokes the Erzherzog Titel of Franz von Bäke due to his retirement from his Position and allows him to wear the title of Großherzog honoring his family and his engagement for the Kaiserreich Rheinland.
