He looked at the Armed Forces Captain with a mixture of horror and disappointment, he had the audacity to call it a 'proposal'? He leant back into the chair, decidedly unhappy about how unnecessary it was for the Armed Forces to make such a demand, but he was...at very least, legally obligated to go along with it.
