[Ship Stats] Nomad Cruiser lacks harmonic slots

Not everyone has intended to get Harmonic Slots, some of them like

Caliburn
Praefect (I have this one)
Scylla
Siris
Typhoon (I have this one)

And probably is because they are meant be played as "Hit n'Run" destroyers, due their impressive shape, small hitbox and all of that thing ...
Is kinda justified, but i asked this before and that what dev and community told to me ...
