Incident: 1. Toxic waste / 2. Zoner smuggler.

Details of Event:Wandering.Star.1/ Freelancer ID -- DarkWeirder / Zoner ID.

The first incident was of a Freelancer as stated above, Wandering.Star.1 who was processing Toxic Waste close to Osaka Storage facility, which to be frank would be very dangerous if there was excessive toxic leakage or a container became unstable.
So I instructed the individual to move the waste away from the station for safety reasons and he complied.

The second Incident refers to a Zoner vessel who managed to evade a stop previously in the day, this time with help from our Lane Tracking devices we were able to finally aprehend the individual who was trying to evade us by using the jump hole system, after he was spotted on the Lane Scanner.Battlecruiser|KSP|Liu.Pen and Officer|KSP|Fujioka.Yorubi assisted in the aprehension of the individual DarkWeirder who complied to the initial dropping of the Artifacts he had on board, but told me that he did not have enough credits to pay a 2 million credits fine, which is hard to believe.

Action(s) Taken: Freelancer was informed to process the waste more safely away from the Station as I had also informed an ALG vessel previously.

Recommendation for the Zoner vessel will be as follows -- All Officers are to keep their eyes open for this individual and if he is caught smuggling again, he is to be relieved of his cargo and told to pay a more excessive fine of 7 million credits. If this individual refuses we will tally up the fine to 12 million, and if he is caught again I am suggesting destruction of his vessel.
