Details of Event: OS&C|ONE-Liquor_Locker was stopped for a routine inspection and found to have broken laws III-1 which states that Cloaking devices are not allowed unless of Law Enforcement ID. Also Law IV-3 which states a Bustard vessel is classed as a Warship and is restricted within Kusari.
Now an Orbital Spa & Cruise vessel is not really going to harm anyone so I assisted him in relaying the newly drafted and improved Laws of Kusari and also explained that all operatives of his company should read them again.

Once done he was escorted out without incident.
