We became witness of an independent slaver stopped by a Kusari State Police officer, in direct proximity to Roppongi today. The vessel under the callsign William.Dampier, upon thorough pressure applied by having the Akagi's cannons aimed at their cockpit, admitted to work under contract for the Outcasts. Approximately 2.500 people were stuffed into their transport of borderworld origin, an absolute disgraceful sight.

Following their pledge to be guilty of assisting the Outcasts directly, they attempted to flee. The vessel was disposed of swiftly, although with utmost care to spare the captives lives. Unfortunately, the Slaver escaped in a pod as we put utmost priority on rescuing the civilians. 2416 people were temporarily transferred to Roppongi station and from there on to various medical institutions on New Tokyo. Out of these people, around 250 are still at the risk of losing their lives. Approximately 56 individuals did not survive the disabling of the vessel.

The vast majority of these civilians appears to be of Libertorian origin and shall be transferred back to their home systems once their conditions permit it.
In regards to the escaped slaver, I encourage and hope for a swift listing of the individual as wanted within Kusari space for acts of slavery and assisting outlawed organizations on the Imperial contract board as soon as possible. Additionally, it should be noted that the Freelancer Garmr assisted the State Police vessel to stop the slaver and was rewarded by us accordingly.
