Officers of the Merchant Marine Division,

You all have my personal thanks, and that of the rest of Command for your efforts in efficiently moving the materials for Project: Anchorage.

I have yet another task for you, though this time, it's in aid of our colleagues and fellows of the Fifth Fleet. I am providing temporary access to their Project Database, to allow direct reporting of any delivered materials. Please ensure your upmost professionalism, at all times, and any communications will be addressed to either Read Admiral Briggs, or Rear Admiral Hopkins.
