My idea, make your starting location selectable as a client option for the server. (if that is possible) That way the noobs are dispersed through out Sirius, not just localized in NY
Won't happen unless Discovery SP is abandoned (or made into a separate mod)
Also, this doesn't solve the problem much, rather, it disperses the capwhores among the houses. Soon we'll be seeing a lot of indie Rheinland Cruisers instead of Liberty cruisers.
