True in some regards, and untrue in others. All of the major activity (OORP Capwhores PvP Whores) happens in and around NY. Now im not saying ALL of it happens in NY. I have seen it all over Sirius. Im saying that the majority of it happens in NY.

My main thought path is:
Generally in the major faction systems there is a much heavier weight put on proper RP
Alpha: 101st, Ros, BLS, SOB
Gamma: TBH, Beneitz
Bretonia: QCF, QCR, BPA
Kusari: KNF
Reinland: RM, RFP
Omicron Minor BS|

I could go on, but the point is if we dispersed the noobs they would be exposed to a much better example of proper RP. As for Capwhoring, there will always be people attracted to the big guns, its just a matter of these well established factions teaching these people how to use that power. The 101st has done a great job, if your request is denied, they will help you work on the RP behind your ship. That is what we should be doing.
