Incident: Encounter with a GC in Kyushu.

Details of Event: After a routine traffic monitoring near Tsushima Depot as I was heading to New Tokyo gate, I spotted a GC ship codename GC-Serizawa.Aina Alongside a civilian ship codename '\S/'Pulsar.
Now, I did have an encounter with the civilian before near Tsushima, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The freelancers business with the GC ship is unknown.
I gave the GC the chance to clear the area without trouble, But he decided to stay.

Action(s) Taken: After a fight with the GC's VHF ship, my HF was disabled and towed back to Tsushima Depot.
