We would like to know more about Caliban. An individual will be easier to reach and to "play" around with psychological tricks. And the Gallic Royalists. If it is really only one, this'll make it really harder; but fine, the Gallic Royalists. We have heard they have reappeared but not in terms of number or capacity. They could be inside an uncharted system rebuilding like the Crayter Republic, or hiding in some Junkers base.
