RP is a very subjective thing so I can comment only on what I have observed to be a pattern in your case. Being an inRP private investigation agency, you RP as too oblivious about your contacts. Take your case with OSI for an example. A corp like OSI has a lot of information about what they do available inRP on the neural net similarly to how RL companies show what they do and what services they offer commercially openly on the internet. It is not rocket science for anyone to check it before contacting them. You have approached so far multiple entities with that kind of oblivious approach, in some cases (unlawfuls) it is more justified, in others - not so much. Any self-respecting investigation agency would first do it's homework before contacting a company and asking them to provide services at discount that they normally do not even offer. No wonder they refused: such approach is inRP dodgy, not credible, and unprofessional. If you want to keep working on this RP you should, imho, show your knowing stuff and connections. Because this is what private investigators are hired for (aside from snooping skills).
