Good day Kusari Government officials,

My name is Rei Dobashi, appointed Administrator at the All Worlds Enterprises base near Deshima Station in Shikoku.

My communication today is to apply for changes under predecessors' base license which allowed construction in the Deshima Free Development Area as well as approval of any weapons installations as required.

As part of my assumed duties with this command, I'm updating some obsolete entries from changes unfortunately not communicated to appropriate parties.

One of these such changes exists in the Kusari Government public registries, namely for our station and it's associated supply vessels. I've outlined them below:

Old entries:

• AWE- - Freelancers [All Worlds Enterprises, Yuudoku Depot]
  
• CaptainSimpson - Freelancer [All Worlds Enterprises]

Revisions:

• Remove AWE- and replace with:
  • AWES- Interspace Commerce for both [All Worlds Enterprises, Yuudoku Depot]
    
  • or ideally, if possible, AWES- Interspace Commerce [No restrictions] for easier assistance of all Kusari legal modular stations when required.
• Remove CaptainSimpson - Freelancer [All Worlds Enterprises], whom is no longer supplying our operations but has more an internal administrative role
