If nothing else, this is a balance thing with reasonable RP justification. A person with an ID that has equipment of similar name should use that equipment even if it sucks. Nearby stuff is okay (like BHG using Flashpoints and the like) so long as you are prepared to explain how you got it (nothing much) but enemy stuff is a no-no unless you get admin approval- seriously, Sabre with Krakens and Tizzies is PvP abuse that occasionally has a bit of RP to cover it. If you want to have a weird weapons loadout for the sake of RP, ask nicely and live with the results. If its fair game all the time, we will see piles of PvP abusive loadouts, ask anyone who was around when it was tolerated.


Now that we've cleaned that up, I move for a thread lock. Rule isn't going to change for balance reasons, we've established this. Nothing more to say, really.
