You have sent a request for investigators. We are naturally inclined to say yes. However.
We're already on the case and it yielded nothing of worth. The Harmony is most likely a wreck by now, and the Enterprise... No idea. Could've abandoned ship, or autodestroyed itself. Either way, my guess is that these two ships are done for.

My Office is focusing on the Roanoke. Which you yourselves, are aware of. It is a major threat to everyone, as Xenos attack everyone, even those that aren't foreign.
My guess is they keep it in Xeno territory and move it oftenly so that it is more of a propaganda tool for their troops of their "Republic", than an actual tool of warfare.
As said by Agent Zoé; if it was ambushed by a sufficiently coordinated group of Libertonian Navy, it would be done for, and their morale would tank.
