I am an operative of the ONI. We want hard intel, evidence - what you told us we already know about the Raonoke. And we had to pay for it with damage to our vessels, in Ontario itself.

Show me logs of its conversations when we aren't watching, surveillance, and direct proofs, for each instance you will get 20,000,000 plus whatever we deem sufficient for any extra information. You gave me neither anything new nor hard proofs.

A personal meeting is possible - once you have anything solid I can meet you in my cloaked light fighter at, say, Ames Research Station - you do need to give us something we haven't gotten ourselves however!
