NEW LONDON - Disturbing news arrived from deep in the Omicrons today. Planet Malta, the home planet of the Outcasts, is under siege by their once close allies, the Gen'an Crysanthemums! Experts have been concerned and puzzled why there has been so much Cardamine coming from Kusari into Liberty. Rumor has it that the GC have developed a way to grow their own Cardamine. With no further need for the Outcasts and their production of Cardamine, GC forces, enslaved by Meg, has ordered the destruction of the Outcast homeworld and all Cardamine crop planetside. We reached out to the legendary leader of the GC for questions. Her response was simply "lol".
