Guten Abend Officers,
during my routine visit to Hudson i have encountered Admiral van Leer of The First Armada - Liberty Navy.
Van Leer raised the issue of an apparently outdated part of the Rheinland-Liberty Peace Treaty - specifically Chapter III Article 5. Atka's Liberty zone is deeply imbedded in Rheinland's territory, yet cannot be reached by Liberty forces without breaching the treaty. I assured Admiral van Leer i'd forward this to the Oberkommando, which happened earlier already.
