I sympathize, it isn't easy trying to find people who have the same mindset as you and then trying to organize them into a coherent unit. But do remember, if you set an example, others will eventually notice. For better or worse. True enough spending time doing something with a degree of skill will eventually get results, but not always the attention one wanted.
