Volker von Koch mein Name, I am Reichskanzler of the holy Rheinland Empire and speaking in the Name of Kaiser von Albrecht to you. I have read your Report and the communication with the Crayterian Republic carefully. Think you for solving this matter diplomatically, the Reichstag is pleased to See your efforts.

Regarding Richters Division we cannot do as much about them as you would like is to, since they do not obey the authority of the Imperial Rheinland Government.

I assure you the following;

All local Governors, as well as the Oberkommandos of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr and the Kaiserliche Polizei are hereby informed about the situation memtioned above. You are requested and required to look for Kai Richter and take him into custody. Rheinwehr Officer may deliver him to the nearest by Police Prison Station, Polizei Officers may bring him to the Reichsgericht on Neu Berlin where the Kaiser will decide about his fate.
