Greetings, Office of the Admiralty,
I am glad we have come this far. Really.
So far the agreement seems fair - however, you know our main way of operating and gathering information is by being the middleman - the second point for the Johnny's Office is therefore problematic, due to the extremely sensitive nature of our communications with third-parties.
As you may have guessed, we have been forced to work under pressure for roughly a month. Using asymmetrical warfare techniques, and working with less-than-desirable elements such as groups considered... outlandish.
We agree to increase the fee in exchange of keeping our secrets. I hope, you can understand that, as a Private Intelligence Agency, information is our bread and butter.
The Armed Forces (further: BAF) hereby retract the bounty issued on personnel of Johnny's Office (further: the Office);
The Kingdom of Bretonia shall welcome the Office to operate within the borders;
BAF offers the Office access to the Contracts Board;
The Kingdom of Bretonia will cover the total medical expenses of injured Office personnel;
The Office will receive quarterly tasks for the Crown of Bretonia.
The Office agrees to pay a total of 150,000,000 (150) million Sirius Credits as a fine;
The Office resumes its activity related to the FRS Roanoke and Liberty;
The Office solemnly engages by the present agreement to permit BAF access to all communications done by the Office within the last 30 (thirty) days;
As per article 4 of the initial section, the Office agrees to accept contracts from the Crown of Bretonia. In return, 50% of contract value will be paid upon initialization.

I took the liberty of highlighting the points I have edited for your convenience.
Here is a version of the Agreement, as we agree to pay a fine 100,000,000 higher instead. Again, this is not only for Bretonia, but our small clients as well. You have your secrets, and so do we.
Please reply when possible, and I hope this revised agreement will suffice. Again, I would like to add a point; to restart working on our contract on the FRS Roanoke, and Liberty.
Once we have these shackles off, the fee paid, and our network and information secured, we will share all pieces of information we have, and cooperate not as enemies, but as partners, just like before.
