If only it were allowed, and under organization to keep it fair, like an event. The Coalition was not so active, as far as I'm concerned, a faction can stay active and maintain it's territory, or most of it would go to those who are. Many factions would benefit from that, and it would serve to keep the economy constantly stimulated.

this paragraph is also all about to nothing, because the pob in 55 is a one big joke, BoP players don't even want to admit. Imagine a Rouge Base in front of Manhattan? Same vibe.

I see it as a good bold move, and really, a Rouge Base +20k behind Manhattan is not so unrealistic. Some may want it to be a joke, but to me that's just another way of fighting without fighting. It's a perfect example of factions showing they want meaningful ways of growing, being willing to build and fight for it. It takes a lot of work to make any actual progress here.
