There are too many POBs. POBs should be harder to establish. Add a fee on top of the resources needed is an idea. It can make people reconsider if they really want a POB. But hey, certain mods and devs chased away Zentor who was working on a fix for this *shrugs*

Once the POB is made, the demand of resources is too much given the player base. Everything should be at least halved at least until this place takes a 180 and starts growing again.

Just like with everything, POBs are a great opportunity to do things server side but can also lead to the decay of immersion and gameplay if not handled respectfully and responsibly.
