My name is Boris Roeser and I am Hauptinspektor of the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts.

Recently on my patrols I had the distaste of finding some bases in Frankfurt.

In the first situation I found employees in a precarium situation and some of them killed and incinerated because there was no way to provide them with a proper funeral as in the report I send below only to your landlady with the proper authorization of my superiors.

The second situation is even more worrying, as you can access in the documentation below. Because of this latest incident I was hospitalized in Mannheim Station infirmary for a few hours, fortunately I have not suffered anything serious and I am already functional again in my assignments in my department.
