Hitman has worked and will continue to work with lawful entities in the capture, detention, and destruction of criminal elements.

System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): Pennsylvania, D3 bottom right, just outside of Planet Erie

Reason(s) for Construction: IRP: To be used as the headquarters and recruiting center for the Hitman Agency. Serverside: we still intend to use it as a recruiting beacon and we will purchase Rogue, Xeno, and Outcast pilots for 100,000. This will provide a boost to new players while giving advertisement exposure to the Hitman Agency. The base will be used to store Hitman ships to assist new players in NPC mission operations. The pool of pilots can also open RP opportunities to Liberty Lawful elements.
