The Republic has been watching this development with some concern. Understand that while we approve of Bretonia bringing some semblance of order to their frontier, Crayter does not and cannot condone our ally making claims against sovereign Crayterian territory. Furthermore, I feel it pertinent to remind our ally that the terms of the Treaty of Harris nullify any claims on Tau-23. While we are honored that Bretonia wishes to see Crayter take an active role in this endeavour, the Quorum of Ministers must urge our ally to redraw the borders of the March of New Cambria to lines bordering Crayter space as outlined by Crater law, specifically within Tau-31 and Cortez.
Should this be something Bretonia is unwilling to do, then perhaps New Cambria may instead be organized into an official NATO (pending rename) protection zone, under mutual defense of all tripartite members.
I would hear your thoughts on this.
Lastly, regarding New Anglia, the Quorum of Ministers has decided that Crayterian input in matters regarding the Omega systems only has historical blowbacks, so we must decline on the offer.
For those we left behind.
