Good day Executive Offices,

We've been assessing the training plans for the new batch of Cargo Surveyors recently hired by our recruitment drive.

I've created an outline for your review and approval to try out once the initial orientation at Salt Lake Station is completed. Please let me know if you think I've left anything out or can combine elements for some efficiencies.

Cargo Surveyor - From the Classroom to extensive Training in the Field

• Orientation regarding AWES policies, work ethics, and goals - give them a taste of what corporate life will be like.
  
• Valley Forge Flight School, Pennsylvania - recruits will join new flight school students in basic aviation and repair fundamental courses.
  
• Newark Station, New York - recruits will join on-site Cargo Surveyors, and learn about Liberty tech lines as well as Civilian ship models.
  
• Renzu Shipyard, Shikoku - recruits will learn from actual builders, designers, and engineers at Renzu regarding their line and its fundamentals.
  
• Roppongi Station, New Tokyo - recruits will train with on-site Cargo Surveyors, learning about Kusari ship classes.
  
• Furyoku Station, Okinawa - recruits will learn about Gas Miners Guild ships as well as damages caused by corrosive nebula or explosive Helium Gas.
  
• Waterloo Station, New London - recruits will learn about Bretonian ships as well as other local vessels. Damages incurred by the floating debris clouds and Toxic Smog clouds will be covered.
  
• Versailles Station, Ile Du France - Gallia ships and tech as well as further debris damages including radioactivity will be presented.
  
• Bonn Station, New Berlin - Rheinland ships and tech as well as Dark Matter Storm interference and aluminium mining hazard damage potential.
  
• Nauru, Omicron Delta - Core and Zoner ships will be covered in this final segment, along with Omicron dangers associated with Organic Material Clouds, Irregular Asteroids, and Alien Device Dangers.

Upon completion, apprenticing with the veterans will begin in each new employee's assigned base of operations. Once suitable skills and confidence are built up, new staff will have the opportunity of 'ranking' their choices of next assignment location (because not everyone can go to Roppongi.) Based on these selections and available spots in each location, staff will be assigned and will have to wait a 2 year term before receiving this choice again.
