The Dresden situation is indeed pitiful. Although the resources are not economical to mine anymore our failure to control the system is a stain on Rheinwehr's reputation if you ask me.

To your application, however. We are conditionally denying your application to join the Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr. Having said that, Lt. Gunter Kunrad has volunteered to be your guide and to fly alongside you on your regular Rheinwehr duties. You are to be trained and observed by him and will be accepted into der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr without the need to re-apply when Leutnant Gunter Kunrad deems you ready. Please make sure the call signs of your vessels bare your name so we can recognise you.

Good luck, and make sure to impress the Leutnant and follow his orders and tutelage.
